    Dearest Railey,

My name is Holly Beauchamp, and I just wanted to share with you that I have worked Turnarounds with your Dad at Shell/Pemex since 2019 and I have never met a prouder father than Ronny.
I used to manage the money side of TA's so there was often very colorful language coming from my office. Over the years, Ronny and I laughed about it... he'd peak his head in my office and ask what I was riled up about and we'd joke and laugh... but always... and I mean ALWAYS he'd ask, "You want to see a picture of my baby girl?" or "I have some new pictures" - and he'd tell me all about the beauty pageants and other things - beaming ear to ear. Even after leaving the department, I always found him to give a hug and for him to "show me new pictures of your baby girl" :).
My heart aches for you... I know words are inadequate to describe the profoundness of your loss but know that in this life and the next you are deeply loved.

My thought and prayers go out to his family . I am still in disbelief. He was a man a few words, But he was somebody that you can always count on . Even though we work for different companies, he was always there to give me a hand, let us use his tool room. He would also give me advice on how to do things. He worked with my dad for years, and I was fortunate enough to work next to him the last 8+ years. I’ve always felt that he watched out for me and made sure I was always ok. You will surely be missed! Love you bro!!

When I heard this yesterday, my heart broke!?
I worked with Ronny for 10+ years and watched him grow through the ranks from helper to Superintendent. I was so proud of him. I was always happy to know he would be on the site I was headed to. He was quiet but determined! He loved life and his family.
    Fly High Ronny Boy!?

Gone way too soon with so much life to live. What an amazing man with a huge heart. I knew him under 2 years from working in the same turnaround group at Pemex but I felt like I knew him forever. He always showed me videos of his family and asked about my son. He loved my oreo truffles I make at Christmas time, so making them feels so different this year. We will miss you Ronny. Rest easy.
May God be with your family and friends through this loss.

So sorry for your loss. He was a man of few words but when he talked, he got right to the point.
His Repcon friends and family here at Pemex and Shell, will feel the loss for a very long time. No one can take his place. He has some mighty big work boots to fill.
May The Lord's caring and comforting arms wrap around your family and friends and cover you all with His loving compassion.
