Layla passed from this life March 25, 2020. She was born July 4, 2008, to
Buel Alexander Russell and Renee Dunaway. She was 11 years of age.
The Layla that we all loved and adored was one of a kind, a rare jewel.
She came into this world on the 4th of July and has been our little firecracker
ever since. She loved her family like there was no tomorrow and was a joy
to so many people’s life. To know her was to love her. She enjoyed life to the
fullest whether she was playing with her friends, riding 4 wheelers, going to
the river and as we all know using her beauty skills on anyone that would
let her male or female. This world will never be the same but oh what
rejoicing in heaven as they now have the joy that we all were blessed with
for such a short precious time. Please continue to pray for her loving
family and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Donnie Russell and Ramon Boyd.
Those left to cherish her memory are her parents; sisters, Laney Price,
Lily Nelson, and Shelby Russell; grandparents, Kathy Boyd, Jerry and Rebecca Nelson,
and Janice Henry; aunts, Beverly (Sam) Stiglets, Koni Letchworth, Lori Roberts;
uncles, Ken (Deneane) Lawrence, Tony (Jan) Russell and Jeremy Nelson.
