Robert Earl Hart

The funeral service for Robert Earl Hart will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Riverwood Family with burial to follow at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Riverwood Family.

Robert Earl Hart, 61, of Brookhaven, died November 6, 2024, at Kings Daughters Medical Center. He was born in Magee, MS, March 2, 1963, to Robert Lee Hart and Virginia Jones Hart.

Mr. Hart loved hunting, fishing, watching football, and spending time with his boys.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Hart.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 33 years, Janie Hart; step-children, Adam Rutland, Melissa Rutland, and Becky Walden; bonus children, Charlie Parrett and Hope Parrett; brother, William Hart and family; sisters, Ann Smith and Patricia Story; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his long time friend, Jimmy Jackson; Eric Lee Hart and family; and Lee Hart and family.

    What a blessing he was to me and Donelle. He was like a Son to me. He will be greatly missed. If you didn’t know him,what a blessing you missed.
    I am sorry, I can’t attend. I can’t walk, my leg just won’t stop aching..
    There is things I wish I had told him,he took care of my yard and our yard run together I did not intend on anyone living here..They took care of it. He was like a Son. I hope the family will understand,I just can’t come. Donelle was gonna go but she said Momma,I don’t think I can go. His children loved him. Charlie and Zane dearly loved him. We will meet again in Heaven. Love to everyone.My thoughts and prayers are with y’all.
