Services for Samuel Carlton Cobb of Brookhaven are 11:00 am
Monday, January 28, 2019 at Riverwood Family Funeral Service
with burial at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5:00-8:00 pm Sunday, January 27 at Riverwood Family.
Mr. Samuel Carlton Cobb, 84, went to be with his Lord on January 26, 2019
at King’s Daughters Medical Center.
He was born on January 13, 1934 to the late Sam and Alma Cobb.
He played basketball and football at Co-Lin High School.
He retired with 20 years service from the United States Air Force
and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death are his parents.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 61 years, Carol Allen Cobb;
sister-in-law, Judy Ashley; nieces, Cindy A. Smith and Sandra A. Stewart and nephew, Scott Ashley.
